SHIPPING POLICY
We offer the choice of US Postal Services or FedEx Services. The great majority of our customers choose US Postal services as they are quite reliable and the least expensive. Once we ship and the carrier picks up the package, we no longer have ANY control over delivery to your location. If you need to receive your package in a specific amount of time, please select one of the FedEx services or USPS Express. While they are more expensive, the companies commit to specific delivery times and usually offer a refund for your shipping costs if they miss that date and time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPMENTS
We do accept orders and ship to many international locations. If you are unsure, do not hesitate to contact us. First-Class Mail International is an economical shipping option from the U.S. Postal Service, package tracking is to the customs location of the country, NOT the final destination. Priority Mail International includes Delivery Confirmation to the country NOT the destination and usually gets to most destinations in 6 to 10 days, but NO guarantee. We DO NOT guarantee delivery date for First-Class or Priority packages. We are unable to track first-class and priority packages once they leave the United States. USPS EXpress and FedEx offers international delivery service with a guaranteed delivery date. They are very reliable but they are significantly more expensive.
Please note that you may also incur significant import/duty taxes on the products we ship to you. YourBagTag is NOT responsible for import/duty taxes - you, the customer are responsible for knowing the implication and processes of customs, duty, and import taxes for any products ordered from us.
