CUSTOM PRODUCTS DELIVERY TIME
Most of the products offered by YourBagTag.com are custom embroidered, printed or engraved. We strive to complete most retail orders in 2 to 3 business days -- and we ship many orders in 24 hours. Large custom orders will take longer depending on size of order and complexity of the design. Please contact us for specifics.
We offer the choice of US Postal Services or FedEx Services. The great majority of our customers choose US Postal services as they are quite reliable and the least expensive. Once we ship and the carrier picks up the package, we no longer have ANY control over delivery to your location. If you need to receive your package in a specific amount of time, please select one of the FedEx services or USPS Express. While they are more expensive, the companies commit to specific delivery times and usually offer a refund for your shipping costs if they miss that date and time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & SHIPMENTS
We do accept orders and ship to many international locations. If you are unsure, do not hesitate to contact us. First-Class Mail International is an economical shipping option from the U.S. Postal Service, but it does NOT offer any form of package tracking or delivery confirmation. Priority Mail International includes Delivery Confirmation and usually gets to most destinations in 6 to 10 days. FedEx also offers international delivery service. They are very reliable but they are significantly more expensive.
Please note that you may also incur significant import/duty taxes on the products we ship to you. YourBagTag is NOT responsible for import/duty taxes - you, the customer are responsible for knowing the implication and processes of customs, duty, and import taxes for any products ordered from us.
If you are not satisfied with any of the products or services you order from YourBagTag.com, please contact us directly and we will make it right. As all of our products are typically custom personalizations, most products are not returnable - if we have made a mistake or there is a problem with the product, our resolution is usually a direct replacement.
