The tags are really nice quality and I love the lil pocket for a business card/contact card. The nylon tag was a nice thickness and good quality. The embroidery is tidy, with clean lines and taut threads and a nice thickness. I loved the color combo I selected - the colors are very vibrant. I ordered the tags that have airplane wire connectors rather than ribbons, because I prefer that look. The wire loops were a nice quality, too. There was an issue with my order and I received immediate assistance as well as an immediate solution. All correspondence was not only professional, it was also very kind! It was all very low-stress and it was all very fast, too! Recommended!

The only thing I don't like is that it is JUST too wide to put on 2" webbing and have it not slide around.
I needed a couple of tags. Somehow the ones I had broke or disappeared. Nothing is more important than having everything with my name on it. These tags are great, good looking and solid. In addition the company appologized for slow delivery and sent extra tags with a personal note—that is great customer service.
My new yourbagtag wetsuit pull straps are super. I personalized mine in bright blue colors making my wetsuit very easy to locate on the boat when most wetsuits look exactly the same. The slightly longer pull strap makes getting into the wetsuit easier and I bought four of these for each of my wetsuits. love it.
Very durable product. Love the color options. Only difficulty was getting the sticker off of the white paper. But it all worked out.
