I ordered two tags on the same day, but about an hour apart. When Rebecca asked me about my purchase experience I told her, "Please wait until after I receive both tags." Rebecca told me both tags were shipped in the same package, but one tag must have been lost/misplaced; then, she said she'll re-make and re-send the missing tag. I didn't even have to ask her -- SHE initiated. The product, by the way, is well made and comes in a variety of colors. My wife is very pleased with her two tags.

These are terrific. The magic marker initials I wrote in my wetsuit fade, but the bright zipper pull stands out on a rack of black wetsuits that all look the same. Brilliant!
