Please note, engraving is on ONE side only. The color of the back side of the tag is the color of the text - for example, the back of a blue tag with white engraving will have a white back.

Not airline tough

These tags look great and come in a good variety of colors. I ordered several of them to use on our checked bags when we fly on trips. I like the cable attachment and haven't had any problem with it. However 2 of the tags have broken by the airline baggage handlers this year. I looked at the reviews of the metal tags and decided to go with them. The plastic tags are good for uses other than airline luggage.

Thank you for your thoughtful and fair feedback. While we rarely hear of breakage, we agree with your observation, the thinner plastic tags are not immune from baggage handling. We will update our product description to communicate this. You should have no issue with the metal tags. We do the metal tags for over half of the NBA Basketball teams -- they travel many , many times per year with them and have not encountered breakage.
